deprives our country of a part of itself. He was unique, irreplaceable. More
than twenty years ago, he burst upon the scene with an impact that was
unprecedented and will probably never be equaled. His music and his personality,
fusing the styles of white country and black rhythm and blues, permanently
changed the face of American popular culture. His following was immense. And he
was a symbol to people the world over of the vitality, rebelliousness and good
humor of this country.
MEANING OF THE COLOR BLUE
Blue is the overwhelming "favorite color." Blue is seen as trustworthy,
dependable and committed. The color of sky and the ocean, blue is perceived as a
constant in our lives.
As the collective color of the spirit, it invokes
rest and can cause the body to produce chemicals that are calming; however not
all blues are serene and sedate. Electric or brilliant blues become dynamic and
dramatic, an engaging color that expresses exhilaration.
Some shades or
the overuse of blue may come across as cold or uncaring. Blue is the least
"gender specific" color, having equal appeal to both men and women.

Hamburger Soup
1 1/2 pounds Hamburger
1 Onion, chopped
3 Potatoes, chopped
1 can Tomatoes
2 cans Tomato Sauce
2 can Veg-All. drained
Salt and Pepper
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add potatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce
and Veg-All. Cover and cook until potatoes are done, about 30 minutes.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
