Choices
Choices are often made without
any regard to their consequences.
Then we
seem surprised when the evil
one gets
so easily past our defiances!
We may choose to repeat a harmful
act without any rhyme or reason,
then
expect the results be different than
when we
did the very same thing last season?
Other
times our choices are wisely made
and we
live according to the plan of God.
That's
when we come to see that living
any other way would be extremely odd!
We may
choose to help a friend whose
life has
become bleak and dreary.
Oft times
we find that no matter the cost, we
haven't become even the least bit
weary!
So let's
think carefully before making our
choices
and
our lives will be much easier.
Not only
will we find a better path, but
we will
have become a whole lot wiser!
