Busy Day Casserole 
(crockpot)



2 lbs. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water

Mix soups and water. 
Place meat in crockpot and pour soup mixture
over. Cook on high for 5 hours. 
Serve over mashed potatoes or hot cooked noodles.

 My goodness, it seems like forever since I have created a Daily Dose, but yet

on another thought, the week flew by. We had a wonderful 4th of July and a

great week with our family that visited from Florida. The house seems mighty

quiet now - hated to see them leave as it will be Christmas of 2012 before we

see them again. Not sure whether to be glad or sad. Enjoying getting back to

normal and a routine - but nothing time will not take care of.

I do hope you all had a good 4th of July. It is so wonderful to celebrate our

country's birthday. Love all the Patriotic things that go with it.
