Cream Cheese Pie
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container cool whip
1/3 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Sour cream

Using a hand mixer, mix softened cream cheese and sugar until well blended. 
Add vanilla and sour cream and mix.  Fold in the cool whip and pour
 into the crust.  Chill for 2 hours.  Top with fruit or any other toppings.
