IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Bisquick Original baking mix
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate.

Cook ground beef and  onion until beef is brown; drain.

Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate;
sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended.

Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes (30-35 at high altitudes) or until

knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings.

I hope you have enjoyed my page today. Enya's music always

seems to be so relaxing ... I would like to take this time to update you on my

hubby's knee surgery. I have had so many of you ask, so this way I can reach

most everyone. He had his follow-up with the surgeon yesterday and he gave

him a glowing report. The mending and healing process is coming along great.

God must have been directing the surgeon's hands for sure. He has the rest of

this month doing in-clinic physical therapy and hopes to return to work the 1st of April.

Again, my many, many thanks and appreciation for all your notes and prayers.

That has been a comforting feeling!
