Hamburger & French Fry Casserole

1 lb. Hamburger (ground beef)
2 medium or 1 large onion
1 can green beans, drained
Frozen French fries
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Milk
 
Heat oven to 350.  Brown hamburger; drain well. 
Add salt and pepper.  Place in casserole dish. 
Slice onion (raw) on hamburger.  Put green beans on top
of onions.  Put French fries on top of green beans. 
Add milk to cream of celery soup to make gravy consistency. 
Pour over French fries making sure it's distributed evenly. 
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until thoroughly
heated and French fries are done.

 I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was good. Spent some time with

family and shared pizza and drink - also observed the close bright full moon and

watched our Ohio State Buckeyes basket ball team enter into the "Sweet Sixteen".

I am soooo glad it is Spring even if the weather people have that four letter word

SNOW in our forecast! Ugggg!!!! My early bulbs are almost ready to bloom
