BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 sweet onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir gently.
Heat on high setting for 3 hours or on low setting for 6-7 hours.
Makes 4 servings
Speaking of time -- don't forget to set your
