The inner side of every cloud is bright and
shining; I therefore turn my clouds about,
and always wear them inside out, to show the lining.
~ Ellen T. Fowler
Today, maybe ... your wounds from the past are healing more
and more. Separate the clouds of the past and uncover the real
hidden beauty in yourself - do this each day as it unfolds.
Man's many desires are like the small metal
coins he carries about in his pockets. The more
he has, the more they weigh him down.
~ Satya Sai Baba
Today every time you have the urge to judge someone, stop
and ask yourself if you are without fault. Put your energy into
getting your own affairs in order. Looking for the good and beauty
in others will help you see the good and
beauty in yourself.

Candy Corn
Halloween Cupcakes
Ingredients
white cake box mix
buttercream icing
yellow and orange food dye - if you don't have orange, make it using red and yellow.
candy corn for garnish
Directions
Make a white cake mix from a box.
Separate the batter in to two equal parts.
Dye one portion yellow, the other orange.
Using a tablespoon, spoon the yellow cupcake batter
into the bottom
of the cupcake liners. You'll want to
fill about 1/3 of the way. Follow
by spooning the orange
cake batter on top of this yellow layer and fill
2/3. Each
cupcake liner should have 1/3 unfilled space on top.
Bake the cupcakes according to the box and allow to
cool completely before decorating.
Fill a piping bag with buttercream icing and pipe a
dollop on the top of each cupcake.
Using a butter knife or an uneven spatula,
push down on each dollop lightly.
Garnish with a couple of candy corns and enjoy!

Here we are - another weekend almost upon us. Hope you
have a good one. Cooling off here in Ohio, and it is raining
today. I guess that is what set my mood for today's page.
Take care - and thanks for visiting. Please join me again
Monday - and remember to be safe and always be
aware of everything and everyone around you.
